DJ Green Arrow to Set New World Record at We Demand Transparency At the We Demand Transparency conference, Hip Hop activist DJ Green Arrow will attempt to officially break the World Record for Rap according to Guinness World Records (TM). The record is only 8 Hours and 45 minutes, so Green Arrow is confident he will break it, and make history at this important convergence. DJ Green Arrow tackles the subjects of race, art, 9/11 Truth, the Shock Doctrine', and the principles outlined in John Perkins' classic Confessions of an Economic Hit Man. Bio: Chuck D of Public Enemy says DJ Green Arrow is “a master of finding different ways to present artistic expression.” Green Arrow has unofficially broken the World Record for Rap twice, in both October 2007 and August 2009, when he rapped freestyle for 14 consecutive hours. Green Arrow is the producer of T.R.U.E., a mix CD which redefines the DJ as Composer idea, and is currently working with both Hip Hop and Folk Culture. Joining Public Enemy, Afrika Bambaataa, and NYOIL with the legendary National Treasure Pete Seeger, Green Arrow will fuse these artists' work with that of the Shuar Tribe in the Amazon. The project, tentatively called Conscience of an Economic Hit Man: An Earl Robinson Creation, is is preproduction. Green Arrow is also the author of the forthcoming Freestyle to Death, a Book and DVD box set which documents his process in training himself to break the World Record for Rap.
